Apple Kale Salad
Apple picking is one of my favorite fall activities and this year, I wanted to make more than just pies and tarts. This salad is light and only has a few ingredients. For the apples, I used golden delicious because they’re slightly tart. The salad is topped with other fall flavors like roasted pumpkin seeds and cranberries. The dressing is simply lemon juice, oil, and maple syrup. This is great as a healthy side with grilled sausages or pork chops for a complete meal! Enjoy!
