Quinoa Stuffed Peppers


Stuffed peppers are filling, healthy, and easy to make. This recipe uses quinoa and ground turkey instead of rice and beef to make it even healthier. For the peppers, I like to use orange, red, yellow, and green but you can use any variety of bell pepper. Don’t get small peppers or it won’t hold enough filling.
