Chicken Meatballs
You’re going to love these delicious chicken meatballs because you can have them on the table in no time! You can serve them for dinner with sides, use them as a salad topper for a healthy meal, toss them in pasta, or even smother in your favorite sauce and serve as an app at your next party!
These chicken meatballs also only have eight ingredients — most of which you probably already have in your kitchen. You can make these ahead of time and if you have extras, you can freeze them and reheat in the oven or microwave.
Time to get mixing! Enjoy!
What kind of chicken do I use for chicken meatballs?
You can use any ground chicken for these chicken meatballs. I prefer 8% fat because it’s still healthy but you have enough fat to make juicy meatballs! I buy extra lean 2% fat chicken sometimes to be even healthier, but they turn out drier.
You can choose how healthy you want to be or just go with the best option at your grocery store. Of course, you can grind the chicken yourself if that’s your thing.
Do I really need to use an egg in chicken meatballs?
Yes! You only need one egg but it’s important because it helps bind the ingredients and keeps the meatballs in shape!

Tip: Use your hands to mix the ingredients and don't overdo it or it'll remove moisture from the chicken! You want juicy meatballs!
