Hot Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts
If Brussels sprouts are your favorite vegetable like they are mine, you’re going to love this recipe! That’s because it has a secret ingredient: Hot honey for the perfect amount of sweet heat!
Hot honey takes your sprouts to the next flavor level and helps get them crispy and sticky on the outside! My recipe also uses red pepper flakes for a little extra heat—but you can skip the red pepper flakes if you’re sensitive to heat! Salt, onion powder, and garlic powder round out this recipe for lots of flavor.
I honestly eat these as a healthy snack, but you’re probably going to serve them as a dinner side. Not sure what to serve your sprouts with? They pair perfectly with chicken meatballs, roast chicken, and steak! But really, they’ll be delish any way, including as a salad topper!
You know what time it is! Time to cook!! Enjoy!
How do I make sure my Brussels sprouts are crispy?
This recipe guarantees a crispy sprout! The right amount of oil and hot honey is the trick! You should also line your baking sheet with parchment paper so they get crispy without sticking to your pan!
You can also preheat your baking sheet in the oven (before you line with parchment paper) so they start to crisp as soon as they hit the oven.
Do I cover Brussels sprouts when roasting?
Not for this recipe! They will come out perfectly cooked without being covered!

Tip: When you slice your Brussels sprouts, don't toss those leaves that fall out. Throw those in the oven too for a crunchy snack.
